Purchase Agreement Info

 All orders require:

  • Element Components requires a minimum of 65% down payment to process order

  • Orders under $10,000 require full payment to process order

  • In-Stock cabinet orders require full payment to process order

  • Signed copy of purchase agreement

  • Signed copy of drawings

Element Component payment plan options:

  • 65% down payment/30% progress payment upon pickup or delivery/5% upon completion – Full Price

  • 75% down payment/25% final payment upon pickup or delivery – 2% discount for jobs over $10,000

  • 100% full payment – 4% discount for jobs over $10,000

  • Final payment is due within 30 days of pickup or delivery

  • Will not deliver or allow pick up of cabinets without progress or final payment

  • An additional 3% Credit Card processing fee

Element Components will notify the Contractor/Dealer upon completion of the job. They will have one week to pick up or schedule the delivery of the cabinets. Element Components is not responsible for product delays or unforeseen circumstances. Fees will apply for storage depending on the size of the job.

Full payment is required to perform warranty issues. The warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer. Element Components warranty standards – www.elementcomponents.com/warranty.

Upon delivery or acceptance of product customer has 10 business days to report damage.

All additions or changes must be paid in full before the new order is processed. Additions are a separate order and invoice from the original.

Element Components refers installers if needed. Payment is direct to the installation company. Element Components is not a licensed installer and will not perform any labor on the job site. Please refer to the contractor or dealer for on-site questions or issues.
