Limited Warranty for Cabinets Beyond Inc. DBA Element Components
1. Scope of Warranty
Cabinets Beyond Inc. DBA Element Components (“the Company”) provides this Limited Warranty to the original consumer purchaser (“the Customer”) of our frameless custom cabinetry products (“the Products”), subject to proof of purchase and full payment. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to Products used in residential applications within the United States, Arizona.
2. Warranty Period
The Company warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for five (5) years from the date of installation.
3. Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers the following:
Cabinetry Structure: The Company warrants that the Products manufactured by us will be free from material and workmanship defects. This includes a standard warping/alignment allowance of 1/16” per 18” of product width, height, and depth.
Laminated Products: Man-made laminated products have a standard one (1) year material warranty covering defects and workmanship. Certain laminated products offer an extended limited warranty of up to ten (10) years for issues such as delamination or structural failure under standard use conditions.
4. Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage or defects resulting from the use of abrasive chemicals and solvents, direct sunlight, smoke, improper installation, improper storage, mishandling, neglect, excessive water damage, or fluctuations in temperature beyond 55°F to 90°F.
Relative humidity levels outside the range of 30% to 50%.
Damage caused by acts of nature beyond our control, including earthquakes, fires, tornadoes, and floods.
Natural variations in wood grain, color, knotholes, marks, and other natural imperfections in wood products.
Costs incurred for removal, installation, reinstallation, adjustments, or repairs.
Products sold by Contractors/Dealers, as these entities are responsible for passing through any additional manufacturers’ warranties to the initial project owner.
5. Claims Procedure
To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, the Customer must:
Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.
Notify the Company in writing of the defect within thirty (30) days of its discovery.
Present and document the warrantied items in a timely manner.

6. Remedies
If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty is found, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or component at no charge to the Customer. The Customer must arrange for the warrantied items to be picked up by the Contractor/Dealer. The Company is responsible only for the cost of supplying defected items; all other expenses, such as installation, labor, removal, and adjustments, are the responsibility of the Contractors/Dealers.
7. Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS.
8. Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Severability
If any provision of this Limited Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding warranty coverage and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
